RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
All returned items must be sent back in brand new store bought condition. There is a 30 window for you to complete this procedure. A completed return form must be submitted with the item, in order for the return to be valid. Please find the link to the downloadable return form below.

Refund Policy
Refunds will typically take upto 14 days to handle but can sometimes stretch further depending on the time of season. All exchanges can be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of product.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be handled in two different ways. 1. You may use the downloadable form to complete a return or exchange and request a different item. 2. You may order another item online, download the return form and opt for a refund on the inital product. Option 2 may be a faster method of exchanging.
Defective Products
Defective items can be returned for full credit within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, 10% of the purchase price will be deducted for each month after the purchase, (for example: shoes purchased for $100 seven months ago, will recieve $30 credit if the shoes are defective).
+Any non-defective item that has been used, washed or worn will NOT be exchanged and there will be NO availability for credit or a refund. DO NOT wear your shoes outside until you are sure they are the correct size and fit. Wear them in a clean and dry place in hte house with your socks and shinguards on. This will allow you to return them for another size, or if necessary gain store credit without any problems. +

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.soccerwest.net-Welcome shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
